Who we are

GMAP Authority is a brand of Web Premium Services, the trading name of Ifixers LLC ("we", "us", "our"), based at 3575 Stevens Creek Blvd., Suite D, San Jose, CA 95117, USA. We help local businesses improve their visibility on Google Maps and in local search.

We serve clients in both the United Kingdom and the United States. We are committed to protecting your privacy, and we handle personal data in line with the laws that apply to you: the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 if you are in the UK, and applicable US state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, if you are in the US.

The data we collect

Information you give us

When you complete our audit or contact forms, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, business name, phone number, email address, your website or Google Business Profile link, a referral code if you have one, and anything else you choose to include in your message.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect limited technical information such as your device and browser type, approximate location, IP address, and the pages you view. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request its deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Residents of other states with privacy laws, such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas, may have similar rights.
